*Current Grade R learners attending Bergvliet Primary School do not need to reapply for Grade 1 in 2027
10 March: Online Applications Open
14 April: Online Applications Close
15 April – 18 April: Schools Process Applications
28 May – 10 June: System informs parents of the outcome
28 May – 15 June: Parents confirm acceptance on the system
Grade 2 - 7
3 August: Applications Open
17 August: Applications Close
18 August – 4 September: Schools process transfers
16 September: Parents are informed of outcome
16 September – 30 September: Parents confirm acceptance on the system
Admissions need to be submitted via the WCED online portal.
Applications without ALL the documents attached will be deemed an incomplete application.
