11 March: Online Applications Open 12 April: Online Applications Close 15 April-17 May: Schools process applications 29 May – 3 June: System informs parents of the outcome 29 May – 14 June: Parents confirm acceptance on the system |
Grade R
1 August: Online Applications Open 16 August: Online Applications Close 17 August – 4 September: Schools process applications 17 – 19 September: Parents are informed of the outcome 17 – 30 September: Parents confirm acceptance |
Grade 2 - 7
1 August: Hard Copy Applications Open (Once completed please email to uduplessis@bergvlietprimary.co.za) 16 August: Hard Copy Applications Close 17 August – 4 September: Schools process transfers 1 October: Parents are informed of outcome and have 3 days to accept. |
Admissions need to be submitted via the WCED online portal.
Applications without ALL the documents attached will be deemed an incomplete application.
